Cosses Country House

We have three spacious rooms, two of which are guest suites with their own private sitting room. All the rooms are decorated to the highest standard in a traditional and tasteful style throughout.

The Garden Room is in the main house and the Ailsa and Iona Suites are situated in a charming courtyard setting. There are great views of the garden and surrounding woodlands.  The suites have large bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a single bed in each. All rooms have en-suite private bathrooms and the suites have showers.

There is a large comfortable lounge in the main house, usually with a blazing log fire, which guests are welcome to use in the evening. Dinner is served in the dining room.  Breakfast can be served in the dining room or the kitchen or on the patio (weather permitting).

• A games room is available with table tennis, half size snooker table and darts.

Dinner at Cosses Country House is a highlight. We have an extensive malt whiskey selection, fine wine selection and offer drinks in front of the log fire, meeting other guests and your hosts. 3 or 4 course dinner with home grown and locally sourced produce including Ballantrae prawns, crabs and lobster, Ayrshire Potatoes, home made oatcakes and Crailoch Pheasant and lamb, and mouthwatering desserts. Breakfast is often informally served in the kitchen or on the patio on sunny mornings.
