It was 1766 when a wine merchant was first established at 8 Academy Street in Ayr. Founded by eight prominent Ayrshire merchants the company quickly became the west coast of Scotland’s foremost importer of wines, ports and sherries. Although it has changed and evolved over the years we are still major importers of wines into the UK and continue to trade at the very cutting edge of the modern wine market.
