Thomsons Square Sausage

Lindsay & Janie Thomson originally owned and operated a butcher’s shop in Kilmarnock from 1983 - 1992, Thomson’s Family Butchers, where their best selling product was indeed Square Sausage.

After repeated requests from friends, workmates and former customers, they decided to set up a small factory  which is located in the Ayrshire countryside and has been fitted out to the highest standards and meets all Food Standard Agency requirements. They produce a good quality, traditional sausage made with the very finest ingredients and years of experience.

They supply caterers, small corner shops and the individual.
